• The tenant is responsable for the bike during all the rental period as well as the damages to rented property and all the material given.

• The owner is not responsible for the tenant or for any damage to third parties that the tenant may cause.

• Hiring an accident insurance is the responsability of the tenant.

• In case of breakness, the tenant shall pay the damages caused to the bike.

• The bicycle must not be used on surfaces and environments for which it is not designed. If the tenant RETURNS THE BIKE WITH EXCESS SAND OR MUD, he will have to pay 25€ FOR CLEANING.

• In case of theft, the tenant must pay the amount stipulated in the rental contract.

• The tenant will be responsable for the compliment of the General Traffic Regulation established in the Autonom Community of the Balearic Islands as well as the characteristics of each municipality ( please note that the HELMET IS MANDATORY OUTSIDE URBAN AREAS).

• In the event that the tenant wants to cancel the contract and use of the bike before the end date of the contract for reasons beyond property and the establishment, the amount of unused days will not be refunded.

• A deposit must be paid before starting the rental period. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental, provided that the bicycle is returned in good condition.
